Can I transfer the membership to a new home?
Yes, your membership will transfer with you. We’ll just need your new address once you’ve moved.

What does the warranty cover?
We don’t warranty the parts and equipment. You’ll need to register your new equipment for manufacturer warranties. We warranty any labor/service we provide that is the cause of your issue.
