How to pay?
Must be set up on recurring payment through credit card or ACH, $99 a year.
Does the membership include regular service/maintenance?
The membership alone doesn’t provide the suggested maintenance for your clients’ equipment. However, you can recommend they upgrade to a Membership Maintenance Plan for regular yearly or bi-yearly visits.
Can the membership be transferred to a new home?
Yes, the membership will transfer with your clients. We’ll just need their new address once they’ve moved.
What does the warranty cover?
We don’t warranty the parts and equipment. Your clients will need to register their new equipment for manufacturer warranties. We warranty any labor/service we provide that is the cause of their issue.
