How to pay?
Must be set up on recurring payment through credit card or ACH, $99 a year (free for property managers).
Does the membership include regular service/maintenance?
The membership alone doesn’t provide the suggested maintenance for your properties’ equipment. However, you can upgrade to a Membership Maintenance Plan for regular yearly or bi-yearly visits.
Can the membership be transferred to a new property?
Yes, the membership covers all properties under your management. Simply provide the new property address to add it to your account.
What does the warranty cover?
We don’t warranty the parts and equipment. Homeowners will need to register their new equipment for manufacturer warranties. We warranty any labor/service we provide that is the cause of an issue.
